If you change your mind you can view the contents of your shopping basket and remove items by clicking on Empty Cart.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is processed by the our team on the same day. We aim to deliver within 2 - 3 days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund. Delivery is guaranteed within 7 - 14 days.

Faulty Goods
We offer a full refund in instances where our Manuals are faulty. This would include for example: missing pages, poor print quality or faulty binding.
• In order to receive a full refund or replacement of a faulty item it is important that you report the fault to us by email or telephone as soon as possible.
• We will then request that you return the faulty product to us by post. Upon receipt of the product and once the fault has been confirmed, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or replacement and will also refund the cost of the outbound and return delivery.
• Since our guides contain content that is open to the risk of being illegally copied or read and digested by the user in a short period, we cannot accept returned items that appear to have been used and then returned to us.
We have made every effort to provide a full and accurate description of our products, but please feel free to contact the Sewing Technology team prior to placing your order if you would like further information.
• Please read the information provided regarding the style and contents of our guides carefully before buying. This will ensure that you are able to make an informed purchasing decision. We do not typically offer a refund in instances where a customer is simply dissatisfied with the nature of our product, if it appears that they have not read all of the available product information and advice.
